Following a storied and illustrious Tennessee family tradition to practice law, Mr. Jackson is a sixth (6th) consecutive generation attorney in the state of Tennessee and is proud to be joined by his two sons, Robert Lee Jackson, II., and Markham Todd Jackson in continuing this legacy by becoming the seventh (7th) generation to practice law in the Tennessee Courts.
A tradition of excellence that dates back nearly a 170 years in the legal profession from Nathaniel Taylor Jackson, Alfred Nathaniel Jackson, to his great-grandfather, Eugene Deaderick Jackson, Sr., grandfather, Eugene Deaderick Jackson, Jr., his father, the late Robert L. (Bobby) Jackson .
Throughout his considerable and expansive law career, Mr. Robert Todd Jackson, ESQ. has received numerous accolades and recognition awards for outstanding performance, excellence, professional achievement, and, ethics in the practice of Family Law.
However, above all to this day, it is the Lexis Nexis and Martindale-Hubbell prestigious AV Preeminent award that remains his most prized and coveted award because its entirely based on rating by peers and Judges in the legal community.
